Girl Scouts Has a New For-Profit Venture!

GSUSA just announced their plan to launch for-profit CircleAround™ Powered By Girl Scouts®, a standalone, media company, website, and brand for women.

Targeted to meet the needs of today’s women, their mission is to present compelling, inspiring, and trusted content for women grounded in the values women share.  Content will be tailored for women with messages of commonality, positivity, and usefulness.

CircleAround’s content will cover topics of inspiration, wellness, work, money, parenting, relationships, and news in the forms of articles, blogs, videos, podcasts, and galleries.

CircleAround – Coming Soon!

CircleAround will launch in beta on June 30, 2020, with it’s full launch in early July 2020 and will feature 150 new pieces of content per month.

Girl Scout Values!

CircleAround’s content will be rooted in Girl Scout values, including Service, Honesty, Courage, and Respect. Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. These girls will grow into women and will have CircleAround as a resource to help honor these values in adult life.

For-Profit CircleAround is a subsidiary of GSUSA where revenue distributions go back to the nonprofit so they can further their mission.

For-Profit CircleAround is a subsidiary of Girl Scouts of the USA. Revenues generated by CircleAround, through partners that advertise on their website, will be distributed to GSUSA to be invested in the Girl Scout Movement’s mission to build girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place.

For Adult Women

CircleAround is designed for women with an overall age demographic of 25-54.

Shutterstock and Verizon Business have joined CircleAround as signature launch partners.

Shutterstock is a creative platform committed to being a champion for women through every point of life, from youth through adulthood, providing meaningful and inspirational visual content for CircleAround.
